I have been meaning to write you since we returned from our trip to Dubai and Egypt. It was an outstanding trip due in large part to your advice and assistance.

Your recommendation of the SLS hotel in Dubai and to the Viator tour group was spot on. In Egypt we couldn’t have asked for a better Tour Company then Uniworld.  The staff on their ship were extremely attentive and helpful. We appreciate your contacting the head Butler, Norby, ahead of our arrival. He responded to our every request and went above and beyond.

Thanks also for arranging for our amazing tour guide, Assem. He was everything and more that one would expect from a guide-expertise personality and humor. Just an overall great guy. Finally, we appreciated your hands on assistance with all the arrangements including especially obtaining our Egyptian passports, which to say the least required patience and expertise with a very difficult website.
